Cancellation and Refunds: You can receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Refund requests after prescriptions are sent: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered once medications have been prescribed or dispensed by our pharmacy partners.
